Carolyn Biggerstaff of the Greensboro Minimum Housing Standards Commission and Scott Garner, who purchased and rehabbed the home at 527 W. Terrell St., exit the house after a tour Tuesday. The Greensboro Housing Coalition and the Minimum Housing Standards Commission recognized Garner’s efforts to revitalize the once-blighted property as part of a national campaign, “Love That Lot.”
