Joe Randene with Cary's Jacky Hunt-Broersma, who will compete in Saturday's Triple Lakes Trail Race 40-mile run in Greensboro and is a Boston Marathon veteran. 'Jacky is a cancer amputee and started running after her amputation,' Randene says. 'She is a rare breed "Amputee Trail Runner." Triple Lakes 2018 will be her first ultra. Joe Randene with Cary's Jacky Hunt-Broersma, who will compete in Saturday's Triple Lakes Trail Race 40-mile run in Greensboro and is a Boston Marathon veteran. 'Jacky is a cancer amputee and started running after her amputation,' Randene says. 'She is a rare breed "Amputee Trail Runner." Triple Lakes 2018 will be her first ultra. She is amazing and inspiring.'
