It’s hoped that pickup service will slow virus’ spread.

Roy Cooper issued an executive order Tuesday morning ordering all restaurants and bars in the state to close dine-in services, effective at 5 p.m. The bar served corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and a roll in to-go boxes for its members with a donation jar that would be split between the five staff members.
