WINSTON-SALEM — The U.S. Justice Department’s expert witness, John Lamberth, testified Wednesday that the results of a field study he conducted in 2012 showed that the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office stopped and issued citations to Hispanic drivers who committed traffic violations at a higher rate than non-Hispanic drivers who committed traffic violations.
