Former Heritage House resident Jeffrey Coble couldn't believe how his fortunes went up and down in the matter of moments as he tried to move belongings Wednesday from the condemned housing complex in Greensboro. He and his wife, Donna, (background) were expecting to load his belongings into a friend's van, but the plan fell through.
