Less than a year after the N.C. General Assembly de-annexed nearly 1,000 acres from the town of Summerfield, the first chunk of that property has become part of Greensboro.
Greensboro has annexed about 79 acres that was once part of Summerfield, paving the way for developer David Couch, above, to move forward with Christopher Village.
