Tyarra Cacique Williams, of 246 Webster Road, was last seen at 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2016, in the area of the Stoneybrook Apartments after walking away from some friends. She was 19 years old at the time of her disappearance.

A mother needs to know: Where is Tyarra?

GREENSBORO — The phone charger is still plugged into the wall outlet, right where 19-year-old Tyarra Williams left it after taking down her mom’s Christmas tree.

Tyarra, in blue Levi’s, a black North Face jacket, a pink shirt and a royal blue toboggan, later walked out of her Stoneybrook Apartments unit into the frigid and rainy night and disappeared.

GREENSBORO — Despite national television exposure and more than a million views of her story on social media, the disappearance of Tyarra Williams remains unsolved.

She disappeared on a frigid and rainy night in Greensboro after helping take down her mother's Christmas tree. Earlier that day she signed up for classes at Guilford Technical Community College.

Using a signal from her cell phone, police determined Tyarra Williams left a friend's house in her complex at Stoneybrook Apartments more than a year ago, but then the signal was gone.

Estimated Weight: 100 to 120 lbs

An unidentified female was found on June 2, 1978 near Lumberton in Robeson County, North Carolina. The female was found at the edge of a cornfield along Highway 74 approximately 1 mile east of Interstate 95. The female had been deceased 2 to 4 weeks prior to being found. She was between the ages of 15-22 years old. She stood around 5’03” tall and weighed between 95-110 pounds. She had light brown or reddish brown medium length hair. The female was found wearing blue jeans with slightly ragged cut-off hems, a white hooded short-sleeve shirt with multicolored horizontal stripes through the center, and white wedge-type open toed shoes with a flower design on the top. Digitally reconstructed images of the shirt and shoes are shown here. Her fingernails and toenails were painted metallic red. The female had seen a dentist during her life. She had several fillings and had four molars extracted, leaving small gaps between her back teeth on the top and bottom of her mouth. The image above wa completed by a NCMEC Forensic Artist and depicts what the female may have looked like in life.

This Jane Doe was found on December 26, 1983 in Northampton County. She was found by hunters behind a rest area along Interstate 95, about a mile from the Virginia border. It is unknown how she died but it is thought she had been deceased for over a year. She is 4-6 years old and is possibly African American or biracial, with caucasian admixture. Her bones revealed evidence that she endured some type of trauma to her face prior to her death. The trauma could have resulted from an accident or abuse. Her bones also revealed that she might have suffered from chronic ear infections.

An unidentified female was found on July 20, 1999 in a heavily wooded area off Easy Street in Sampson County, between Dunn and Newton Grove. It is estimated that she died about two months prior to being found. The female is caucasian or Hispanic, between 17 and 24 years old. She stood between 5’04”-5’07” tall. She had long red hair. Her weight is unknown but she had a slim build. Her teeth were well cared for and had no fillings. She was found wearing a black tank top, a dark blue bra with lace and padding, green Calvin Klein jeans, white sandals and an Elle wrist watch with a yellow metal band. Digitally enhanced images of the shoe and watch are depicted here. The female’s fingernails were painted with a blue green polish. An unidentified male was found on February 12, 1984 in the mountains of Jackson County, North Carolina. His body was found near the Thorpe Reservoir Dam in an area known as Pine Creek. It’s estimated that he had been deceased about a month prior to being found. The male is between 15-20 years old. He stood about 5’09” tall at 171 pounds with light brown hair. He was found wearing blue jeans, a plaid blue long sleeve shirt, brown jacket with a front zipper, tennis shoes and white socks. His teeth were in good condition showing no signs of dental care. The unidentified male had been in the local area for at least three months going by an alias. It’s possible that he spent time in Florida, Tennessee, and Illinois and had been employed as bus boy in some of those states. Skeletal remains of an unidentified male were found in Wilson, North Carolina on April 8, 1993. The remains were found in the water at Buckhorn Reservoir. It’s estimated that he had been deceased for several years, likely longer than 3 years. An anthropologist examined the remains and stated they belonged to a caucasian or possibly Hispanic male, 17-22 years old who stood approximately 5’5” tall. His hair and eye color are unknown. The male’s nose appeared slightly crooked and may have tilted to the right. Characteristics of the leg bones suggested he may have had some type of gait disturbance. The male’s lower jaw was not recovered. An exam of the upper teeth suggested that he may have endured some type of trauma to his face prior to his death that formed an abscess behind his front upper teeth. This may have caused him some pain or discomfort. The male was found wearing Levi Straus blue jeans, size 30M with a belt that had a white metal buckle. The images above are a facial reconstruction completed by a NCMEC Forensic Artist and depicts what the male may have looked like in life. Since the lower jaw was not recovered the jaw is the artist’s interpretation and only an approximation.

This unidentified boy was found on September 25, 1998 in Mebane, Orange County. He was found near a billboard sign along Industrial Drive which is a service road adjacent to Interstate 85 and Interstate 40. It is estimated that he had been deceased at this location for several months. The child’s race is either white or Hispanic. He is estimated to be 10-12 years old and around 4’11" tall. He had straight brown hair. The boy had no dental fillings but some teeth had preventative sealant placed on them to help prevent cavities and decay. He had a slight overbite and his upper canine teeth were high erupting canines, which are commonly referred to as "fang teeth." These teeth may have been noticeable to others when he smiled or spoke. The child was wearing khaki shorts (size 13). Cash was found inside his pockets. He was also wearing black and white sneakers (size 3). The shoes showed almost no wear as if they were relatively new. He was also wearing white tube socks and brief underwear. No shirt was found with the body. The above images are of a facial reconstruction completed by a NCMEC Forensic Artist. The image to the far right is a photograph of the sneakers the boy was found wearing.
