Guilford County Schools recognized its educators of the year in nine categories Wednesday night at Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Suzanne Imperiale of Gateway Education Center was named Teacher of the Year. Shannon Peeples of Peeler Hampton Elementary was named Principal of the Year.
